Glen Park East provides quality care for residents who require various levels of assistance with the activities of daily living. Located centrally, in a quiet, residential park-like setting in the beautiful and convenient city of Glendale, California. The Glendale Galleria is one mile north; Griffith Park, one mile West. Weekly outdoor excursions throughout Los Angeles. There's always something to do; with an emphasis on continued independence and safety. Safety and Security were our primary concerns when designing Glen-Park East. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, next to Palmer Park.
Glen Park East is single-story, with no steps, gated with alarmed exits, video cameras and trained staff. Families leave here with a clear conscience, knowing that their loved ones are in a safe and secure environment. Our unique approach to Alzheimer's Care combines Activities (social, groups, walking, etc.) which encourage continued social functioning, with Personal Care which encourages continued independence in the activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, etc.). The dignity of the person is not compromised; normalization is emphasized. Our Safe Care program provides more constant care and supervision for our residents, our staff-to-resident ratio is 1:4. Truly a community that provides the care with no limitations. All rooms in all facilities are licensed as Non-ambulatory room.

The best kept secret in Glendale, California. Glen Park West, a full service Assisted Living and Alzheimer's Community. Glen Park West is our alternative to Glen-Park East. Here the focus is on early stages of memory impairment. Glen Park East specializes in later stages of memory impairment. Here at Glen Park West we meet the needs of individuals and their families who are affected by Dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Our resident's are well cared for by a trained staff, in a specialty design, secured Alzheimer's neighborhood within our Assisted Living Community. Glen Park West is a lovely single-story, ranch style retirement community with no steps or stairs, and a home-like atmosphere you can call home. Private patios, rose gardens, elegant dinning, tasty meals.
At Glen Park residents have plenty of opportunities to make new friends, pursue new interest, take part in many social activities and outings. Here, residents can be as independent as possible and still get the personalized care they need. Our Assisted Living care includes medication management, personal care, and incontinence management and much more.
