Serving seniors since 1968, Glen-Park Retirement Community opened one of the first Memory Impairment care facilities in Southern California . Glen-Park Retirement will be the community recognized leader in helping those with memory impairment and those who require assistance with the activities of daily living live longer, happier, and healthier lives at an affordable cost; advocating open communication with families and providing residents choices that give their life purpose; striving to keep residents engaged in activities that have interest and meaning to them; and supporting staff taking the time to allow residents to do as much as they can do themselves.
Memory Impairment Care
Glen-Park provides the perfect blend of hospitality, healthcare, and security in caring for those with various forms of memory impairment. Services are designed and intended to provide a positive and nurturing environment for persons with memory loss, communication difficulty, and confusion. Our compassionate caregivers receive special training and understand the challenges and unique needs of both the individual and their family members. For those who require a higher level of security and monitoring, we have installed a high-tech delayed egress system. We offer two buildings to address the varying stages of Memory Impairment. Glen-Park West for early to moderate stages and Glen-Park East for moderate to late stages. Our goal is to enhance the life of each resident to his or her highest potential and provide the highest standards of comprehensive personalized care at an affordable cost.
